Question 1

What types of products do you sell and how much do they cost?

Accepted Answer

We offer a range of hand-painted items including bags ($15–$60), stoles ($40–$80), jewelry ($15–$50), mini paintings ($30–$80), and various gifts and accessories. Every piece is uniquely hand-painted, so no two items are exactly alike.

Question 2

Are your products truly hand-painted, or are they printed designs?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every item in our store is genuinely hand-painted by artists. Because each piece is made by hand, there may be slight variations in color and detail, which is part of what makes each one one-of-a-kind.

Question 3

Can I place a custom or personalized order?

Accepted Answer

We love creating custom pieces! You can reach out to us with your design ideas, preferred colors, or any personalization requests, and we'll do our best to bring your vision to life. Pricing and turnaround time for custom orders may vary depending on the complexity of the design.

Question 4

What is your return or exchange policy?

Accepted Answer

Because our products are hand-painted and often made to order, we encourage you to review product details carefully before purchasing. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly with photos and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Question 5

How do I care for my hand-painted item to keep it looking its best?

Accepted Answer

To preserve the hand-painted artwork, we recommend gentle hand washing for bags and stoles using mild soap and cold water, and avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. For jewelry and accessories, keep them away from water and store them in a dry place when not in use.

Question 6

Do you ship orders, and how long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we ship our products. Delivery times and shipping costs will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. If you have questions about a specific order or need expedited shipping, feel free to contact us directly.
